All packages include:

Does High Spirits provide alcohol??

Legally, payments for alcohol must remain separate from our packages. The North Carolina ABC Commission Board prevents us from purchasing the alcohol or selling it to you. HOWEVER, we will help you calculate how much alcohol is needed and where to shop! Ultimately, you own the alcohol and we are simply serving it to your guests! (Don’t want the hassle of picking up your alcohol?? Ask us about our delivery service!)

How do we get the alcohol to you?

Two options! You can either drop it off at your venue with your planner/coordinator and we can find them when we arrive or we also offer a pick-up service! The fee local pick-up (Asheville, Hendersonville, Weaverville) is $75. This can be added on as we get closer to your wedding day and we would just need a copy of your itemized receipt.

Do you offer non-alcoholic beverages?

Of course! You can customize any package to include mocktails, sparkling water, and locally curated beverages.

What does my venue need to accommodate toasty?

Our mobile bar is 7.6’ Tall / 7’ Wide / 14’ Long. There needs to be open space for me to drive through and do a complete turn around for parking. Toasty is a vintage horse trailer and MUST be parked on flat, level ground for service.

What if we want to party longer?

All of our packages include 3 hours of service, additional service time is $150 an hour per bartender!

How far do you travel?

We are located in Hendersonville, NC and travel throughout Western North Carolina and Tennessee. All travel fee’s are quoted by distance outside of Hendersonville.

How much time do you need for set up & break down??

We need 1.5 - 2 hours for set up and 1.5 hours after the event for breakdown.

Are you insured?

YES! We carry general liability and liquor liability!

***Your venue or event space is required to have a liquor license for events.

How should we feature our drink menu?

We can list your drink options on our letter board or display your own custom menu near the bar.
